It's true. The past few weeks have been stressful, long and exhausting. But now, today, I am SO happy because:
This past weekend my new favorite person visited me.
Tomorrow I will be in Grant Park when Obama accepts his nomination for president.
Tonight I'm eating Jambalaya for dinner and *hopefully* starting a new book.
Election day I get to do what I thought my job was going to be all along: collecting stories from everyday people who are struggling with their health care.
AND- this evening I will be baking something from scratch!

i really hope you post pics/video/stories from grant park...i watched it on the telly but was jealous of whoever was there...all 160,000+ of you...
